Podcast Producer is needed in Saudi Arabia.

I’m launching a podcast project and need an expert to help with setting up the production process from start to finish. The goal is to create a high-quality, engaging podcast studio that aligns with my business vision.

Overview

• The podcast studio will focus on preparing a ready to use podcast space for our inhouse and client podcasts, ensuring ease of use, clear audio and smooth post-production.
• The long-term goal is to build a consistent, high-quality podcast studio that can grow into a strong chain and monetizable platform.

What I Need from an Expert
I’m looking for a podcast producer who can:

1. Set Up Equipment & Studio
   • Advise on the best affordable recording equipment (mics, software, editing tools).
   • Help with acoustic treatment and soundproofing (if needed).
   • Ensure the setup is optimized for high-quality recording.
2. Technical Production & Editing
   • Handle audio editing, mixing, and mastering for clear and professional sound.
   • Add intro/outro, background music, and sound effects where necessary.
   • Ensure episodes are properly formatted for different platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.).
3. Content & Strategy Guidance (Optional)
   • Help with episode structuring and optimizing content flow.
   • Provide guidance on best practices for interviews, scripting, and pacing.
   • Advise on growth strategies (marketing, audience engagement, monetization).

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in podcast production & audio engineering.
  -Knowledge of studio equipment and production software
• Knowledge of editing software .
• Ability to work within a budget while delivering high-quality production.
• Open to moving to Saudi Arabia or setting up a local production studio.
