App Developer is needed in Scottsdale, United States.

Client: CellTrust Corporation

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Contract: Part-time

Job Description

Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints involving management reporting systems.

Consults with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, as well as operational and performance requirements of the overall system.

Formulates and designs software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.

Designs, develops, and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.

Consults with customers concerning the maintenance of software systems and the ability to modify the system, using skills in Java, Oracle, IMS, DB2, Unix, and JDBC to analyze, design, develop, implement, and test systems & applications on the Android platform.

Requirements

Requires a U.S. Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Science, Engineering, or Technology, or alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent plus 5 years of applicable employment experience.

Any experience in Java, Oracle, IMS, DB2, Unix, and JDBC is acceptable.

Must have legal authority to permanently work in the United States.

40 hours per week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
