This role is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave within the marketing team. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and advertising activities in Spain, Portugal, and the Americas (Latam, US Offshore, and US Onshore). This role will support all asset classes including fixed income, equities, and multi-asset for wholesale and institutional audience segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with wider Marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and marketing activities in the defined markets.
• Ensure compliance of all marketing materials with regulatory and TCF requirements of relevant authorities: FCA, CSSF, CNMV, CMVM, SEC, and FINRA.
• Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc reporting on KPIs to measure campaign results including a variety of digital initiatives.
• Maintain an up-to-date range of marketing literature and oversee the delivery process from start to finish.
• Create and update materials to support campaigns, events, or sales activities working closely with relevant teams.
• Implement strategic email campaigns and other digital communications initiatives.
• Manage content pipeline for client and media partnerships, including advertorials and content requests.
• Develop and manage social media content for LinkedIn in the Spanish channel.
• Update content for the Spanish, Portuguese, Latam, US Offshore, and US Onshore websites.
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist the Marketing Lead with invoice processing and budget reviews.
• Support the Marketing Lead and team on global ad hoc project coordination, planning, and execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English.
• A marketing qualification and relevant experience or internships in marketing roles.
• Good understanding of investment products and the financial services industry.
• Enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Digitally-led with a creative flair.
• Deadline-oriented with strong proof-reading skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Positive “can-do” attitude.
