Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in UX or Interaction Design, with strong ownership of design projects from inception to delivery.

Prototyping Skills: High-level skills in prototyping and layout, with the ability to clearly communicate your design vision to internal teams and stakeholders.

Design Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with existing design systems, with a proactive approach to improving and enhancing them.

Research Interpretation: Strong ability to analyse both quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions.

Financial Services Insight: Experience in complex environments, ideally within the financial services sector.

Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives working in a multidisciplinary environment.

Delivery Focused: A strong commitment to seeing designs through to delivery, ensuring they meet specifications and cater to diverse user needs.
