• Production Support
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Collaboration with Call Center agents

Job Requirements

Must-have skills and attributes:

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Front End: React/Angular, Node.js
• Back End: Spring Boot
• Database: MySQL
• Testing: ATDD, Junit
• DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work irregular hours if necessary

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in a production support role understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow tool for managing incidents, problems, and changes
• Technical skills: Splunk, Automation using Selenium/Cucumber
• Optional domain knowledge: US Healthcare Basics
