Job Description

I am working with a client to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive. This is a fully remote position of a 37.5-hour week and is an ongoing temporary role that requires an immediate start.

The role involves maintaining and updating email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing to optimize performance and engagement. Additionally, the role includes compiling and analyzing digital marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and generating regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts, along with effective communication with team members and stakeholders to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.

In terms of digital advertising, the executive will assist in creating and managing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, while monitoring and analyzing performance to optimize results.

Requirements

Essential skills and experience include:

• Experience in digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of HubSpot is essential
• Good understanding of email marketing best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills
• Proven numerical and written skills
• IT proficient with an ability to use all Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with other bespoke databases
