Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you will impact the lives of everyday people by helping them transition from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. You will focus on the Achieve website, creating new landing pages, tools, and acquisition flows to optimize performance while advocating for customer needs. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying, designing, and delivering product experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, you will create high-impact solutions that contribute to the growth of the customer base and business. This opportunity is suitable for a hands-on designer thriving in fast-paced environments with a strong track record in designing for experimentation and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to identify opportunities, generate hypotheses, and design experiments that optimize the user journey.
• Design end-to-end experiences from early discovery and prototypes to high-fidelity visuals and shipped features.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility and fidelity of implementation.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives.
• Work closely with Brand and Marketing teams for consistency and alignment in brand presentation within digital experiences.
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly across teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile cross-functional team, solving complex problems, and shipping market-leading products that drive significant business impact.
• A growth-oriented and data-driven approach with fluency in conversion optimization via rapid iteration and experimentation leveraging A/B testing and performance results.
• Experience working across products and platforms, both desktop and mobile.
• Experience with concepting, prototyping, testing, before moving into high-fidelity designs.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior metrics.
• Knowledgeable about marketing and brand strategies and best practices.
• Demonstrated high bar of quality in both interaction & visual design and strong technical skills.
• Knowledgeable about new technologies and processes within the field of design, WCAG requirements, Android, and iOS guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex interaction concepts across different audiences.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
• Nice to have: Background in UX research or experimentation frameworks, experience in the financial services industry, experience using and contributing to a design system, and experience in evangelizing consumer-centered thinking.

• Hourly Rate Range: $100.00 to $120.00 per hour plus benefits.
