Job Description
Are you passionate about visual storytelling and love capturing real moments? We’re looking for a Part-Time Photographer & Videographer to join our creative team and help us showcase the stories of small businesses across London. As part of our on-the-ground content and strategy team, you’ll visit local businesses, shoot high-quality photos and videos, and help bring their brand stories to life across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Your Role Will Include:
- Traveling to small business locations across London
- Capturing professional photography and short-form video content (primarily for digital use)
- Working alongside our marketing and strategy team to create visuals that align with brand identity and content plans
- Shooting both candid and staged visuals for social, website, and promotional use
- Occasionally assisting with basic post-production (cropping, colour correction, or basic editing)
Requirements
You Should Have:
- Your own camera kit (DSLR/Mirrorless, audio equipment, gimbal/tripod preferred)
- Strong skills in photography and videography especially in natural light and on-location settings
- A keen eye for composition, brand tone, and storytelling
- Comfortable directing subjects when needed (business owners, teams, customers)
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across London for shoots (travel expenses covered)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
- Basic editing skills in tools like Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
- A portfolio that includes portraits, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes business content
