As a multi-award winning B Corp, we are building Europe’s leading digital-first sustainable consumer goods brand, offering natural home and personal care products in reusable packaging. We are seeking an outstanding Digital Marketing Associate to lead our initiatives across organic social media, content strategy, and email marketing. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. The role is based in Bath, with occasional office meetings and the possibility of working remotely.

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual who is a true T-shaped marketer, comfortable managing organic social channels and developing email strategies. You will oversee our tone of voice, engagement, and community building with over 210,000 customers. This role focuses on creating clear and compelling content and communications across core social and email channels, aiming to foster a highly engaged community aligned with our mission.

Core Activities:

• Deliver content and written communications across onsite platforms, blogs, email, organic social, and inbox materials.
• Implement our organic social strategy on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok by brainstorming and creating content that drives community growth and engagement.
• Support the Brand Marketing Lead in maintaining content consistency and creating on-pack copy.
• Collaborate with our SEO agency to optimize onsite content for conversion.
• Lead our email marketing strategy with the marketing team and external partners to define email flows, campaigns, and content calendars throughout the year.
• Assist in various marketing activations and campaigns, such as direct mail and performance marketing.
• Support video content production, including briefs, shooting, and editing as needed.

Your Experience:

• Background in consumer-focused digital marketing is preferred, with a strong ability to deliver world-class content and drive community engagement across multiple channels.
• Proven experience in social media content management and email marketing (preferably using the Klaviyo platform) is essential.
• Experience in digital marketing for a high-growth D2C business is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• A social-first mindset with strong copywriting skills, capable of crafting engaging content from social media posts to long-form copy.
• Design skills on Canva are not essential but highly desirable.
