You’re someone who lives and breathes social media. You know how to create content that doesn’t just look good—it performs. You understand the difference between views and results. You’ve got an eye for trends, a creative brain that’s always buzzing, and a drive to grow a brand through compelling storytelling.

This role would suit a content creator at the start of their career—maybe a recent graduate, intern, or someone who wants to build a strong portfolio while working with a premium, design-led brand. If you’re looking for a way into the creative or marketing industries and want real, hands-on experience, this is a great opportunity.

We’re offering a commission-based structure to start, so you’ll be paid based on the results you generate—whether that’s high-performing content, engagement, or quality leads that turn into sales. We’ll support you, we’ll guide you, and if you deliver, there’s a clear path to a salaried position with real responsibility.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Some experience or strong interest in content creation, short-form video, and social media strategy.
• A results-driven mindset—able to turn views into engagement and engagement into leads.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or any effective tools).
• A creative, proactive, and ambitious approach—someone who’ll take ownership.
• Ability to travel across the UK from time to time (we’ll cover the costs).

Additional Information

A day in the life… You might be on the road, joining our install team or sales rep at a project in progress. Camera in hand, you’re capturing that perfect time-lapse, some slick behind-the-scenes footage, or an on-the-spot customer testimonial. Back at home (or the office if that’s more your vibe), you’re editing footage into scroll-stopping content—short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. You’ve got a great instinct for what works, when to post, and how to write captions that draw people in. You’re reviewing engagement from the latest posts and noticing what’s performing well, feeding ideas back to the sales and marketing team, collaborating on upcoming campaigns, and constantly testing new formats.

You don’t need to know the garden room industry (yet). What we need is your creativity, consistency, and ability to deliver results. We’ll give you the freedom to shape our brand online—just bring the ideas, energy, and follow-through.
