We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Music Producer with expertise in R&B, Hip-Hop, and Blues to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and passionate individual looking to collaborate with talented emerging artists and bring their musical visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with artists to develop and refine their sound, ensuring alignment with their creative vision and genre.
• Produce, arrange, and record tracks with a focus on R&B, Hip-Hop, and Blues genres.
• Provide creative input and ideas to elevate songs to professional, market-ready standards.
• Work with AVM’s in-house team to deliver high-quality mixes and masters that meet project timelines.
• Guide artists through the production process, offering technical and creative support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into production.
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high production quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a music producer, with a portfolio demonstrating work in R&B, Hip-Hop, and Blues.
• Proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or Pro Tools.
• Strong understanding of music theory, composition, and arrangement.
• Ability to create both original productions and enhancements to existing tracks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with artists and team members.
• Knowledge of mixing and mastering processes is a plus.
• Flexible and able to adapt to different artist styles and project needs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
