Job Description
Join our creative studio as a Freelance Web Designer on flexible, project-by-project terms. We are seeking competitive, independent designers who can integrate into our design process, agree on a day rate, and collaborate on well-defined design projects. This opportunity allows skilled individuals to work flexibly, build creative relationships, and contribute to user-friendly digital work across a diverse range of clients.
Requirements
We are looking for designers who are:
- Highly proficient in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experienced in responsive web design, UX principles, and in producing clean, intuitive wireframes
- Comfortable creating high-quality graphics, layouts, and interactive elements
How It Works
You will be onboarded into our studio process to enable seamless collaboration. We will agree on a day rate upfront, define the project scope, and establish time commitments together. Engagement will be on a per-project basis, allowing for flexibility that suits your availability.
Who You Are
You should be creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines. You should also remain up to date with modern web design trends, tools, and best practices.

Pay: £120.00-£150.00 per day
Expected Hours: 16 – 24 per week
Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, Performance bonus
