Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for an Email Marketing Specialist. This is a fully onsite position located in Attleboro, MA. The role is temp-to-perm and presents a great career opportunity with a company relocating and expanding into the area. Preferred candidates will have experience in email campaigns, blogs, social media, and related customer data maintenance.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, email campaigns, and related marketing communications. Experience marketing to both businesses and consumers.

Skills: Strong copywriting experience and strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.

Education: A college degree in a related field is preferred.

Technical Experience: Experience using sales databases, customer data entry, and related data maintenance. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40-hour week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop email marketing plans, tactics, and testing for one-time and ongoing campaigns with internal and external partners.
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, emails, and other related communications.
• Create new customer accounts in the system, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Provide new customers with account information and assist with account-related inquiries.
• Confirm customer details and terms of service before account activation.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.

Salary and Benefits

Salary ranges from $24.00 to $31.00 per hour based on a 40-hour work week.
