Affiliate Program Director — Oodles of Leads

Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Affiliate Program Director who will own 100% of this initiative from concept to execution. You’ll design, build, and run the affiliate engine that fuels Oodles’ next stage of growth. This isn’t a coordination role, but an ownership role. You’ll recruit affiliates, build systems, set up tech, manage payouts, drive results, and continuously optimize performance. Your Mission

  • Architect and launch the entire Oodles Affiliate Program, such as systems, structure, outreach, and operations.

  • Source and identify opportunities to generate new affiliates for Oodles’ affiliate program.

  • Recruit, onboard, and activate high-value affiliates, influencers, and referral partners with home-service audiences.

  • Build all supporting materials such as partner decks, promo kits, landing pages, tracking dashboards, and reporting.

  • Set up tech infrastructure (tracking, attribution, CRM integration, payout automation, compliance workflows).

  • Manage communication and incentives for affiliate partners to keep them excited and performing.

  • Own the data: analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and report key metrics to leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and FTC regulations.

  • Grow the program into a major national revenue channel achieve company revenue targets and KPIs.

  • Develop structured account plans for key affiliates — mapping decision-makers, performance blockers, and growth enablers to create a multi-threaded relationship strategy similar to enterprise sales.

  • Implement a performance framework, defining metrics, decision criteria, and success indicators for each partner to forecast affiliate revenue predictably.

  • Create consistent weekly and monthly operating rhythms: affiliate pipeline reviews, performance dashboards, and structured follow-up systems to ensure no opportunity is lost.

  • A closer who knows how to recruit, pitch, and retain high-value affiliates.

  • A tech-savvy marketer familiar with affiliate platforms (GoHighLevel, PartnerStack, Refersion, etc.).

  • A performance marketer at heart: you track metrics, test relentlessly, and iterate until it scales.

  • A disciplined communicator: who follows through on every commitment — ensuring affiliate trust, accountability, and long-term retention.

  • Analytical and methodical: able to turn qualitative partner insights into quantitative performance strategies.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally: with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate incentives with broader growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of proven success building and scaling affiliate programs (ideally in lead generation, SaaS, or B2B).

  • Deep understanding of funnel strategy, tracking, and compliance.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage all aspects of an affiliate operation.

  • Strong copywriting, negotiation, and partnership skills.

  • High accountability, zero excuses.

  • Experience creating data-driven sales or partnership systems, leveraging CRM tools and automation to manage pipelines.

  • Comfort with structured forecasting and performance modeling to anticipate affiliate ROI and optimize spend.

  • Strong research and discovery mindset, able to use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or AI assistants to identify and qualify high-impact affiliates before outreach.
