Job Description

DaBrian Marketing Group, LLC is a digital agency focused on providing marketing solutions to businesses that want to obtain digital awareness, cultivate meaningful customer relationships, and develop innovative strategies that lead to valuable customer insights, higher return-on-investment (ROI), and lower cost per sales. Our agency is looking for a junior SEO specialist to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn more about SEO from a talented full-service team with exposure to all aspects of the SEO process. The ideal candidate will have some experience with agency-related work in the past and be interested in transitioning into an SEO position. This is a contract position on a freelance basis, and the candidate must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for clients

• Assist in developing and executing off-page optimization strategies, including link-building and outreach

• Onboard & integrate SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEO plugins, etc.

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic

• Optimize website content and structure to improve user experience and search engine visibility

• Conduct on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking

• Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

• Discuss SEO performance, results, and recommendations with clients

• Provide support for Local SEO campaigns

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms

Requirements

• 1 or more years in client/customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and best practices in SEO

• Experience with WordPress and other content management systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to websites

• A Writing Sample is required for the initial screening process! Applications without a writing sample WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!
