A day in the life:

• Create black and white sketches aligned with research, brand identity, and IMU targets. Present these sketches to design leaders.
• Present colored sketches for review, clearly communicating their alignment with the brief.
• Complete technical sketches detailing materials, construction techniques, trims, and fit; collaborate with technical developers for accuracy.
• Fit styles to ensure design intent and IMU targets are met, making improvement recommendations.
• Present physical prototypes to cross-functional partners for commercial sign-off.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of design experience & BA, BFA, or BS in Design required (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Design Skills: Ability to creatively conceptualize, design, and construct garments that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and commercially viable.
• Communication: Clearly articulate design ideas to the team and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback.
• Innovative Thinking: Generate new ideas and solutions that push the boundaries of product creation.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. The hiring range for this position is from $96,800 - $127,100 annually, depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees in this role may also be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program, subject to eligibility requirements.

Workplace Arrangement
