Company Overview: Orca Creative Team is a diverse network of wedding photographers and videographers in Seattle. Our team captures weddings, engagements, and elopements for couples across the Seattle area and the state of Washington. We’re creatives with a passion for photography, video production, filmmaking, and storytelling. We’re offering an exciting assistant opportunity to get hands-on experience while building your portfolio and skill set as a Freelance Assistant Photographer in Seattle, Washington.

This role is perfect for photographers in the Seattle area who want to make their mark in the wedding industry. Responsibilities include recording weddings throughout the Seattle area, providing outstanding customer service to engaged couples, and documenting weddings with a photojournalistic approach.

Requirements

Experience:

• Experience as an event photographer with at least three (3) events.
• Preferable experience as a wedding photographer with at least one (1) wedding.
• Photography experience: 1 year (Required)

Equipment Requirements:

• One (1) camera with dual memory card slots.
• A variety of prime and zoom lenses with f/2.8 or lower covering multiple focal ranges.
• Multiple batteries and SD cards.

Location:

• Must be able to commute to Seattle, WA (Required).
