We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Frenchie Coffee Roasters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Create engaging content tailored for different social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through effective social listening.

• Utilize tools like CoSchedule for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.

• Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail in written communication.

• Excellent relationship management abilities to foster partnerships with influencers and collaborators.

• Experience in graphic design tools such as Canva for creating visual content.

• Familiarity with social media management tools like CoSchedule for efficient scheduling and analytics.

• Ability to conduct effective social listening to gauge audience sentiment and engagement levels.

• Proven experience in content creation that captivates audiences across multiple platforms.

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 7 per week
