ClinicMind is the #1 EHR and practice management system for chiropractic clinics in the U.S., aiming to simplify healthcare by creating software that allows clinicians to focus on healing, not billing. We are expanding into mental health and general medicine and require a Web & Marketing Designer to lead the redesign of ClinicMind.com. This role entails owning the look and feel of our entire marketing experience, from social campaigns to event materials.

The Marketing Designer will work closely with the Head of Design and be responsible for executing creative strategies, conducting research, and delivering polished designs that resonate with our mission to enhance healthcare. The designer will oversee the complete redesign of the website and create engaging marketing assets that support brand awareness, customer conversion, and market expansion.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience as a web or marketing designer

• Strong portfolio of responsive web designs, visual design work, and branded marketing assets

• Proficiency in Figma and a major design suite (Adobe CC, Affinity, etc.)

• Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and hierarchy

• Mastery of CMS tools like Webflow, Framer, or WordPress

• Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems

• Familiarity with design thinking and human-centered design methodologies

• Ability to plan and conduct usability testing and basic research independently

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm Eastern Time

Bonus Points For

• Experience building or evolving brand systems for SaaS or B2B companies

• Background in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated industries

• Experience supporting marketing teams in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments

• Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) for event booth or environmental design

• Experience with A/B testing, user surveys, guerrilla testing, card sorting, and interviews

• Knowledge of SEO best practices or conversion rate optimization (CRO)

• Experience working on data-informed creative projects
