Job Description

Join “Who’s Mailing What!” where we maintain an archived library of sample direct mail advertisements. In this position, you will collect advertising mail, scan it, and send us the images. This is a freelance role, allowing you to gather mail from your own residence and from friends or family. We also accept business mail advertising.

You will need either a desktop scanner or the Microsoft Lens App on your smartphone to ensure images are clear, in focus, legible, with good and consistent lighting. This is a long-term assignment as a virtual assistant contributor, with payments made each time you send us a batch of scanned images—at least once per month. Please note that this role pertains to physical mail sent via the United States Postal Service, not email. Only candidates located in the United States may apply.

Requirements

- A desktop scanner or the Microsoft Lens App on a smartphone

- Ability to provide clear, in focus, and legible scans with good, consistent lighting

- Must be located in the United States

- Individuals with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Benefits

- Freelance position with pay ranging from $25.25 to $29.83 per hour
