Job Description

Take ownership of a comprehensive digital transformation initiative for an established Australian service provider. You’ll have the unique opportunity to rebuild and optimize their entire digital presence from the ground up, implementing best-practice SEO strategies across all digital touchpoints. This role offers the perfect blend of technical SEO expertise and strategic content optimization, with a particular focus on Australian market nuances. You’ll work closely with marketing teams and have the autonomy to shape the company’s digital future while delivering measurable organic growth results.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead a complete website optimization project, including technical SEO audit and implementation
• Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Create and optimize meta tags, headers, and local search elements aligned with Australian market requirements
• Lead content optimization initiatives including blogs, newsletters, and FAQ sections
• Conduct regular performance analysis and provide strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure integrated approach
• Monitor and report on organic search performance and KPIs
• Implement local SEO strategies to enhance regional visibility
• Optimize content for Australian market-specific terminology and search patterns

Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven SEO experience, with demonstrated success in Australian markets
• Deep understanding of Australian market terminology and content optimization
• Expert knowledge of technical SEO elements including meta tags, headers, and local search optimization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SEO performance tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with content management systems and SEO tools
• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic
