JOB DESCRIPTION: SEO Digital Marketing Specialist
Projected Start Date: ASAP
Hours per week: 30 hours to start (May be negotiated to transition as FULLTIME 40hours per week during the hiring process, or the first month of the VA) Client : Healthcare Industry

Client : Healthcare Industry
VA Rate : 9-10$ AUD per hour depending on experience.
Purpose:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong track record in generating qualified leads through strategic SEO, paid ads, and analytics. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in SEO, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and has working knowledge of HubSpot. This role is critical to driving demand generation and optimizing digital campaigns for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
➡ Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
➡ Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
➡ Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
➡ Help fix up our website as needed etc
Paid Media Campaigns:
➡ Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
➡ Conduct A/B testing, monitor ad performance, and adjust strategies based on data.
➡ Regular social media post, maintain engagement
Analytics & Reporting:
➡ Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
➡ Build performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Marketing Automation & CRM:
➡ Use HubSpot for lead tracking, email marketing, workflows, and campaign management.
➡ Ensure lead capture, scoring, and nurturing strategies are optimized to drive conversions.
➡ Have experience in building a brand and assisting with setting up of marketing materials
Collaboration & Strategy:
➡ Work with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure campaign consistency.
➡ Contribute to marketing strategy and growth planning with data-backed recommendations.
Requirements Qualifications:
• Must have experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and paid media.
• Proven track record of generating and converting leads through digital campaigns.
• Proficient in:
➡ SEO tools
➡ Google Analytics
➡ Meta Business Manager, Google Ads
➡ HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub)
• Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
• Written communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
• A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
SEO Proficiency Level Requirement : Must be familiar with Meta or Google Ads Analytics/Reports
Digital Marketing Proficiency - Must be familiar with Building the brand apart from Socia Media Management
Tool : Hubspot will be used for Marketing and Branding
