Hey creators! We’re GenXO, a Birmingham-based digital agency on a bit of a mission. Our name says it all: we bridge the gap between generations. We help businesses led by Gen X (that’s the experienced lot!) reach and connect with the future—what we call Generation O (O for Omega, the new wave, the next big thing).

If you’re someone who gets how social media brings people together—young, old, and …everyone in-between—then you’ll love what we’re building.

This isn’t your standard job post—it’s a flexible, freelance gig for creative people who want to stay independent and make extra income by doing what they love. We’re looking for freelance UGC creators who know their way around TikTok, Instagram, and the latest trends.

You’ll create content for our clients and get to show off your own personality and style, all while keeping your creative freedom.

Requirements

You love being on camera and have some TikTok/Instagram work to show.

You’re organised, creative, and happy to learn new tricks.

You keep up with what’s happening online and know how to spot a trend.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making Content: Script, film, and edit short-form videos and photos that make people stop scrolling.
• Being Yourself: Represent brands in your own style, with your energy and creativity.
• Staying Current: Use your knowledge of what’s trending to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Sharing Ideas: Jump in with our creative team to brainstorm and help shape projects.
• Growing Your Own Brand: Get support and shout-outs from Xobaer to help your socials grow.
