Job Description

This is a remote position.

The role involves managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others, conducting performance monitoring and reporting, collaborating on landing pages and ad creatives, managing budgets, and researching industry trends and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for ad targeting.
  • Set up audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
  • Adjust bidding strategies for best performance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data and optimize based on performance.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with insights.
  • Track key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

Landing Page & Ad Creative Collaboration

  • Work with designers and copywriters to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
  • A/B test different ad copies and visual assets.

Budget & Strategy Management

  • Allocate ad budgets effectively across different platforms.
  • Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns.
  • Adjust budgets based on performance data.

Industry Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Keep up with PPC trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Test new campaign types and ad formats.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics & data interpretation.
  • Ability to create and optimize ad campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing expertise.
  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Preferred).
  • Knowledge of budget management and bid strategy adjustments.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals for PPC alignment.

Specialized Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization for PPC conversions.
  • Ability to generate insightful reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with e-commerce PPC campaigns is a plus (Preferred).
