Job Title: Freelance Brand Identity Designer

We’re seeking a mid-to-senior level Brand Identity Designer to develop and evolve visual identities for a range of clients and industries. At Intero Studios, you’ll be called on to thoughtfully craft brand identities, from logos to holistic visual systems that scale across digital and physical touchpoints. This is a flexible freelance role with varying weekly hours depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Concept, refine, and execute brand identities from mood board through final delivery.
• Develop brand systems: logos, color palettes, type, visual language, and usage guidelines.
• Extend branding across real-world applications: web, social, decks, and campaigns.
• Collaborate directly with the design director and project managers to align on client goals and timelines.
• Prepare final files and presentation-ready brand documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in identity design.
• Strong portfolio showing original identity work and brand expansion across channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and comfort with Figma and digital design workflows.
• Big-picture thinking, but with great attention to detail.
