Job Description

Personify is looking for a Freelance WordPress Web Developer to support our marketing team on a series of high-impact content projects. In this role, you’ll work remotely to bring new content assets to life, ranging from landing pages to interactive tools, using HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, and JavaScript, within our WordPress environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a freelance developer or recent graduate looking to grow their portfolio with projects from a well-known, mission-driven tech company.

Responsibilities

• Translate detailed Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and fast-loading content pages, resource guides, interactive calculators, and downloadable templates.
• Implement clean, mobile-first code using Bootstrap and WordPress block editor or custom HTML/CSS blocks.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency and site quality.
• Troubleshoot layout or formatting issues and optimize for site performance and SEO.

Requirements

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Direct experience working with Bootstrap frameworks.
• Proven experience building and managing WordPress websites.
• Ability to develop and deploy clean, responsive, and lightweight front-end code.
• Comfortable following detailed mockups and working independently.
• Familiarity with optimizing pages for SEO and site performance (preferred).
• Familiarity with Figma (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Additional Information

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
