Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Set-up: Work from Office/Work from Home

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM PH Time (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM NY, US Time)

Salary: Php 80,000.00 – Php 90,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Your Responsibilities as Digital Marketing Specialist would be:

• Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROI and cost efficiency.

• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms for data-driven optimization.

• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the best practices in paid search advertising.

• Coordinate with the team to align marketing goals with business objectives.

• Occasionally support SEO initiatives and broader digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications as Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for service-based businesses.

• Demonstrated ability to optimize for conversions and manage budget efficiently.

• Strong skills in keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

• Experience with Google Ads is a priority.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tracking tools.

• Experience with reporting tools and performance dashboards.

• Good communication skills and ability to present campaign results clearly.

• SEO experience is a plus, but not required.

• Candidates with hands-on experience and verifiable performance results will be prioritized.
