Information videos (e.g., mental health, nutrition) for participants using a 12 week website application regarding menopause
We are launching a website application that provides participants (women in perimenopause/ menopause) with a 12 week program. Each week there will be a different “life skill”, for example nutrition, physical movement, etc. For each life skill we want a video that better explains these concepts. We will have professionals in the field (i.e., nutrition) that will provide the foundations of these videos and will narrate, we just need someone to put their ideas into action! Ideally each of these 12 videos will be 10-15 minutes long. Additionally, we may want to other videos: 1) an introduction video to the program and platform and 2) a closing video
