Job Description

Job title: Social Content Creator

Role: Freelancer (6 months)

Location: Manila, Philippines

What you will be doing:

• Ideation: Develop creative content ideas, prepare a content calendar, and produce compelling posts.
• Planning: Consolidate posts into a content calendar for review and approval.
• Creativity: Craft compelling stories that resonate with viewers using visuals effectively.
• Scriptwriting: Ability to write scripts or outlines for videos.
• Videography: Understanding of camera settings, framing, lighting, and shooting techniques.
• Video Editing: Proficiency with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Commissioning: Brief and direct influencers and partners to film content.
• Personalisation / Adaptation: Create content specifically for Facebook; adapt it for Instagram best practices.
• Curation: Identify quality UGC that aligns with brand goals for reposting or incorporation in brand posts.
• Community Management: Respond to organic interactions from earned fan posts and mentions.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the nuances of Facebook and Instagram.
• Trends Awareness: Keep up with current trends and viral content in social media.
• Stakeholder Communication: Discuss content strategy, performance, and revisions with clients.
• Market Alignment: Present content calendars to stakeholders and implement change requests.
• Scheduling: Use social media management tools (Sprinklr) for content scheduling.
• TEBG Integration: Work with OLIVER team to ensure content is on-brand and effective.
• Legal and Ethical Compliance: Ensure content complies with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Social Media / Content Creator experience.
• Social Media Expert – knows how to build online communities and engage with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create simple social videos and static content for clients.
• Good experience in managing KOCs, KOLs, and influencers.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop are advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Car enthusiast would be extremely beneficial.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera is advantageous.
