Job Description

We create applications which drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites, connecting consumers globally through mobile, digital, and in-store experiences. Our team focuses on bringing new product pages to life, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to launch new product landing pages. These pages will showcase new product versions and updates, with major releases typically occurring every fall and some smaller updates throughout the year. If you are a pixel-perfect visual designer with flawless execution who loves the latest products, this is the role for you.

As a Designer on this team, you will be a user experience-oriented visual designer responsible for developing breakthrough marketing campaigns for product launches. You’ll closely collaborate with both creative and technical disciplines to create considered and elegant design solutions for our client’s homepage and additional platforms, ensuring adherence to brand principles and style guidelines.

Requirements

You Have:

• 3-5+ years of experience specializing in visual design for the web, mobile, and/or app design.
• High proficiency in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace, delivering quality design at high volume within tight timeframes.
• Photoshop expertise, including organizing files for design iteration and web production.
• Reliable judgment to identify when work is “off track” and initiative to collaborate on solutions.
• Passion for nurturing relationships and mentoring teams around a shared vision.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas to both creative and technical audiences.
• Prototyping ability to convey interactive concepts.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and iOS.
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Sketch, including file organization and preparation of pixel-perfect files.
