Job Description

Role: Presentation Designer/Strategic Copywriter

Duration: 6 months + CTH

Hybrid - Onsite 4x a week and remote Fridays.

As a Presentation Designer, you will manage the presentation design process from start to finish. This includes working with stakeholders to craft the narrative, creating the slides, incorporating feedback, and hitting the deadlines. You will need intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint and Keynote.

The Strategic Copywriter aspect of the role involves delivering clear, persuasive content that supports business goals and executive communications. You will quickly interpret executive requests and craft impactful presentations, emails, reports, and other materials, working closely with designers to create cohesive, polished final products.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive and cross-functional input into concise, effective written communications across various formats
• Collaborate with designers to develop visually compelling and aligned content
• Author Capital Appropriation Requests that articulate business value and drive investment decisions
• Blend business strategy insights with storytelling to support initiatives, particularly in mobile app development and consumer engagement
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand, shape, and communicate key messages clearly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, English, or a related field required; MBA, Master’s in Finance, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Background in strategic corporate communications or public relations preferred
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strategic business mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Keynote; Excel and Figma experience a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects simultaneously
• Good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations
