Job Description

Role: Presentation Designer/Strategic Copywriter

Duration: 6 months + CTH

Hybrid - Onsite 4x a week and remote Fridays

The Presentation Designer will manage the presentation design process from start to finish. This includes working with stakeholders to craft the narrative, creating the slides, incorporating feedback, and hitting deadlines. Knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint and Keynote is essential. The designer must be able to work under pressure and handle a range of tasks while maintaining high standards for all brand presentations, demonstrating a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

The Strategic Copywriter will deliver clear, persuasive content that aligns with business goals and executive communications. This role requires the ability to quickly interpret requests from executives and create impactful presentations, emails, reports, and other materials. The copywriter will collaborate with designers to produce cohesive and polished final products.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

• Translate executive and cross-functional input into concise, effective written communications across various formats.
• Collaborate with designers to develop visually compelling and aligned content.
• Author Capital Appropriation Requests that articulate business value and drive investment decisions.
• Blend business strategy insights with storytelling to support initiatives, particularly in mobile app development and consumer engagement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand, shape, and communicate key messages clearly.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, English, or related field required; MBA, Master’s in Finance or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Background in strategic corporate communications or public relations preferred.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strategic business mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Keynote; Excel and Figma experience a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
