The Meta Morph AI Film Award celebrates the most visionary and innovative films in AI-driven cinema, bringing together top filmmakers, industry professionals, and creatives. We are seeking a talented, experienced, and professional event videographer to capture the atmosphere, energy, and key moments of the evening. You will be responsible for producing high-quality footage of the red carpet, awards presentations, speeches, and behind-the-scenes moments. The final content will be used for promotional purposes, social media, and event documentation. This is a great opportunity for a videographer who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments and can deliver polished, professional content that highlights the excitement of the night.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coverage & Highlights: Film key moments throughout the night, including award presentations, speeches, and audience reactions. Capture the atmosphere of the event, ensuring the energy and significance are conveyed through video. Record high-quality clips suitable for post-event marketing and promotional use.

Red Carpet & Step-and-Repeat Videography: Capture well-composed footage of guests, nominees, and winners as they arrive. Film short, engaging clips of filmmakers and industry figures in front of the branded event backdrop. Ensure professional framing, lighting, and sound quality for VIP interviews and candid moments.

Filmmaker & Sponsor Interviews: Record interviews with winners, filmmakers, and key industry figures. Work with the event team to capture sponsor acknowledgments and behind-the-scenes moments. Ensure crisp audio and well-lit visuals for professional-quality interviews.

Behind-the-Scenes & Candid Moments: Capture natural, engaging footage of guests networking, celebrating, and engaging with the event. Film backstage moments to provide an exclusive behind-the-scenes perspective. Deliver a mix of wide, mid, and close-up shots to ensure dynamic and versatile content.

Requirements

Event & Documentary-Style Videography Experience: Proven track record of filming live events, award ceremonies, or industry gatherings.

Strong Technical Skills: Ability to shoot in low-light environments, handle dynamic movement, and adapt to fast-paced settings.

Professional Equipment: Must provide a high-quality camera, stabilizer/gimbal, external microphone, and suitable lighting gear.

Discreet & Professional Presence: Ability to work seamlessly in a live event setting while capturing high-quality footage.

Fast Turnaround: Ability to deliver key highlight clips or a rough cut within 48 hours post-event.

Fee: £500

Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (on-site)
