Job Description

We are offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Web Designer to join our in-house web team. The ideal candidate will be creative, motivated, and have experience in web design. You will work on a variety of web projects and landing pages, taking them from initial design brief through to wireframing, design, and build. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the web developer, in-house design team, and wider teams throughout the Marketing department. This is a Hybrid role based 3 days a week in our Ruddington office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of an in-house web team while reporting to the Web Design Manager.
• Design and build CMS components and templates, landing pages, and general web page layouts based on knowledge and data.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in every project.
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts that are accurate and of high quality.
• Identify opportunities to optimise web pages based on data insights.

Requirements

• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS (including Sass), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with experience in Figma.
• Familiarity with GIT version control and CMS pipeline deployment.
• Experience designing CMS components/templates with knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and basic SEO/web accessibility principles.
• Portfolio showcasing design skills required.
• Familiarity with JavaScript.
• Experience with Magnolia and HubSpot CMSs.
• Understanding of web analytics, including Google Analytics.
