We are looking for a UX/UI Designer (m/w/d) with a very high remote work percentage. The position is based in Wangen im Allgäu, offered as a permanent full-time employment with the possibility to work from home up to 98%. Flexible working hours are available for all employees. Our client is a well-known medium-sized family business with over 85 years of tradition and success, specializing in high-tech solutions for demanding and world-renowned brands. The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Designing an appealing and intuitive user interface for web and mobile applications
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Developing design systems and UI components in collaboration with developers
• Conducting usability tests and implementing feedback processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A completed degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication/Media Studies, or a similar qualification
• Strong experience in user-centered UX/UI design and responsive web design
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, as well as familiarity with Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
• A good sense of design and visual aesthetics, along with creativity, pragmatism, and a solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
