Role Title: Tech Lead - Mobile Applications

Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid)

As a Tech Lead, you’ll play a critical role in leading the technical delivery of cutting-edge mobile features, mentoring an ambitious team, and working closely with stakeholders across product, UX, architecture, and DevOps. Requirements

✔️ 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on native mobile development.

✔️ At least 3+ years of industry experience using React Native.

✔️ Experience leading engineers for at least 1+ years within a mobile development environment.

✔️ Deep expertise in React Native and strong working knowledge of Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin.

✔️ Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, achievable technical outcomes.

✔️ Passion for robust, user-friendly mobile applications with high performance and security standards.

✔️ A collaborative mindset — you’re great at partnering across engineering, product, UX, and beyond.

✔️ Strong coaching instincts: you lift others up and build strong, high-trust teams.
