Job Description
Double Play Marketing & Sales is a provider of outstanding partner support, applying Fortune 500 experiences to small or medium-sized businesses. We provide clients with tools to enhance their growth through Marketing Strategy, Business Development, and CRM best practices. The role of the Content Creator-Instagram is essential to both internal and external, client-facing Advertising and Marketing functions. All team members are expected to represent Double Play Marketing and Sales as professional brand ambassadors.
Responsibilities
- Support the team, meet deadlines, and assist with day-to-day operations of client Instagram accounts.
- Develop and execute Instagram strategies that engage and grow.
- Assist with tasks executing creative plans and presentations on behalf of the agency.
- Create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction.
- Utilize analytics to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and page growth.
- Generate and publish daily content, optimize company pages across various platforms, moderate user-generated content, analyze social data, and collaborate with clients and teams.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community action.
- Set up and optimize company pages to increase the visibility of social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
- Conduct research as needed and work with other team members to implement deliverables based on marketing strategy updates.
- Embrace personal and professional development promoting industry best practices.
- Own projects end-to-end as assigned and overseen by managers.
- Keep all digital assets organized and up to date with client deliverables.
- Client report generation, analysis, and management.
Requirements
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and passion for the latest trends and platforms for desktop, social, and mobile.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Programs, and Outlook (electronic scheduling).
- Commitment to a 5 days/20 hours work week to cover responsibilities to clients and teams.
- Preferred experience in Loomly, Canva, Clickup, HubSpot.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach and willingness to assist under tight schedules.
- 2 years relevant work experience (including internships and collegiate extracurriculars).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
