Job Description

Downtown Productions, a London-based creative agency, is seeking a freelance render artist/designer to assist in winning pitches and bringing ideas to life through stunning visuals. The role involves translating creative concepts into compelling visuals for various events, including branded festival stages, immersive pop-ups, and high-end launch experiences.

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Top-tier 3D rendering (photorealistic or stylized)
  • Sketching/storyboarding skills (a bonus)
  • Software proficiency in:
  • SketchUp / C4D / Blender
  • V-Ray / Enscape / KeyShot
  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Event & spatial design knowledge, understanding how people move through a space
  • Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
  • Fast, reliable, and responsive, even under pressure
  • A portfolio showcasing work in events, brand activations, or set/experience design

Role Responsibilities:

  • Visualising brand activations, installations, and immersive environments
  • Creating pitch decks, mock-ups, and concept renders
  • Working closely with the creative team
  • Flexible, remote-friendly, project-based work
