Job Description

TMRW House of Brands (ABFRL) is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer on a contract basis. The designer will be responsible for creating and editing all social media and marketing collateral, including both static and video templates. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the Adobe Suite and Canva, as well as knowledgeable in using Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL-E) and other relevant editing tools, consistently delivering high-quality visual content. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative leads to produce final designs
• Amend designs quickly after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Meet deadlines provided by the design lead

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in Adobe Suite and Canva
• Good knowledge of Generative AI (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI)
• Experience in graphic design, preferably in the agency or fashion industry
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
