Position: UX Designer (Nice to Have: AI Experience, Research, and/or Usability Testing)

Location: North Houston, TX

Schedule: Onsite

Contract: Through part of 2026, with a strong chance of extensions!

Responsibilities include:

• Designed workflows/modernized workflows
• Designed around data
• UX/interaction design skills
• Wireframing
• Prototyping – low to medium fidelity
• UI/Visual skills – established patterns and can pull as needed
• Light research skills
• Light interviewing
• Usability testing

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong UX/interaction design skills
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping
• UI/Visual design skills
• Light research, interviewing, and usability testing experience

Soft Skills:

• Ability to read the room and tailor methodologies and deliverables for the audience
• Effective communication in a concise way
• Capacity to handle complex domains (education or experience wise)
• Coachability and team player mentality
• Readiness to work autonomously and proactively
• Ability to effectively interact with team members and Senior/Mentor leaders in Design
