Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Collector to help us tell the story of our stunning properties through engaging visual content. This freelance role is ideal for someone who loves capturing beautiful spaces, has a good eye for what performs on social, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit our homes/properties to collect video and photo content (interior, exterior, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes).
• Organize and submit raw footage to our marketing team.
• Come up with fun, fresh, and engaging content ideas that align with our brand.
• Occasionally appear on camera—reading provided scripts for Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
• Work closely with our marketing company to ensure content aligns with current strategy and trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule, but must be able to visit properties as needed.
• Must be local or able to easily travel to our properties.
• Confident on camera and a natural communicator.
• Skilled at capturing high-quality, vertical content for social platforms.
• Familiar with trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Creative, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Bonus if you have experience in basic video editing or social media strategy—but not required.

Details

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.94 - $23.31 per hour

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per month, 4-hour shifts.

Work Location: In person.
