Job Description

Bloomberg News is one of the biggest financial and business news organizations in the world, recognized for leading in breaking news and providing analysis on financial markets. Bloomberg TV is seeking an experienced Line Producer for a Fixed Term Contract until September/October 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for outputting one of our live morning programs and must possess demonstrated skills in TV news production including planning, writing, copy-editing, creating graphics/videos, and managing the pressure of breaking news in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

You’ll Need To Have:

• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• A good grasp of financial markets and outstanding editorial judgement
• Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Flexibility to work early mornings

Responsibilities

We’ll Trust You To:

• Produce a rundown that reflects Bloomberg’s editorial priorities and utilizes our global resources
• Write scripts, commission graphics, and produce other visual elements to support storytelling
• Confidently output live shows from the control room
• Take direction from the senior producer and execute tasks with minimal supervision
