You’ll be leading our Meta creative strategy, owning media buying performance, and driving innovative campaigns seen by millions. What You’ll Actually Be Doing

As our Meta Creative Director, you’ll:

• Own Creative Strategy: Develop compelling concepts, angles, and hooks specifically optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to achieve ambitious CTR and ROAS goals.
• Lead a Creative Powerhouse: Direct and collaborate with a talented in-house team including media buyers, video editors, motion graphics artists, and static designers, ensuring every creative piece aligns with strategic objectives.
• Build and Manage UGC Creator Network: Source, negotiate, and manage a roster of top-tier UGC creators, crafting detailed briefs that drive exceptional content.
• Drive Performance: Continuously analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, scroll-stop rates, video views) using tools like AdBeacon, MotionApp, and Meta Ad Libraries to optimize content effectiveness.
• Oversee Production Excellence: Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and meet high-quality standards, from initial concept through final execution across digital and print assets.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in creating high-performing Meta (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) video and static ads.
• Exceptional creative ideation skills, with experience developing unique angles, innovative hooks, and attention-grabbing concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with other relevant editing and design tools.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing dynamics and how creative decisions directly impact campaign success.
• Excellent project management and communication skills—capable of collaborating effectively with executives, media buyers, and creative teams.
• Familiarity or willingness to quickly master tools like Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Frame.io, and Airtable.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with direct media buying (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Proven success within the DTC supplement industry.
• Demonstrable examples where your creative strategies directly improved ROAS.
• Experience leveraging AI creative tools (Heygen, Veo 3, Caption.ai).
