This opportunity is a 3-month contract running from June to August 2025, with the potential for extension. The role involves working on-site 3 days per week, capturing high-quality photo and video content that highlights our plants, gardens, behind-the-scenes operations, and team. The successful candidate will operate under the leadership of our Senior Manager, Copy and Content Strategy, and collaborate closely with the in-house content team to ensure alignment with our campaign goals and brand storytelling.

Requirements

We are seeking:

• A freelancer or creative pair (videographer and photographer, or one skilled in both)
• A strong portfolio of photography and/or video work
• An eye for natural beauty, composition, and storytelling
• Experience with lifestyle, product, or brand content, ideally within horticulture
• Your own camera, lenses, and essential gear
• Comfortable working outdoors and in greenhouse environments

Contract Details

The contract runs from June to August 2025, with a schedule of 3 weekdays per week (consistent days of your choice). The location is at Mr Fothergill’s Seeds Ltd, Gazeley Road, Kentford, Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 7QB. The pay is competitive and based on experience—candidates should include their rates in their application. All content produced will be completely owned by Mr Fothergill’s Seeds Ltd, including the rights to use, modify, and publish the content across all platforms, in perpetuity. There is potential for extension beyond August based on performance and needs.
