Job Description

We are looking for a functional analyst specializing in User Experience (UX Designer) to develop the ServiceNow platform. The role is for a duration of 6 months with the possibility of renewal, requiring presence on-site 1 or 2 days per week.

Main Duties

• Create interactive prototypes
• Build the platform’s information architecture
• Plan and coordinate user testing
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from user testing
• Coach a junior resource to develop their skills

Requirements

• Hold an undergraduate degree (BAC) in design, information technology, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in information technology, with a focus on user experience.
• Experience as a coach for junior resources in developing their UX skills.
• Strong understanding of user experience research methods such as design thinking and persona analysis.
• Knowledge of digital accessibility.
• Experience in user interface design, specifically in persona journey design and mockup creation.
• (ASSET) Knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology and agile project delivery.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in French appropriate for the position.
