Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product development team in a hybrid capacity based in Dallas, TX, United States. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

Experience: 6 to 12 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and processes.

Interface Design: Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.

Understanding of UX Principles: Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.

Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.

Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through execution for web and mobile applications. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
