About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. We are looking for a talented Lead/Senior Packaging Designer to join our in-house team. You will have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the beauty industry, with significant exposure to branding, primary and secondary packaging, and print collateral. You should be a conceptual designer with a great eye for typography and a comprehensive understanding of Adobe Creative Suite., including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience in 2D rendering is required, while 3D rendering is a bonus.

Your responsibilities will include developing creative concepts, managing projects from conception to completion, presenting design evolution to the Director of Design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BA in Graphic Design or a related field from a reputable design school
• 6-8 years of experience in the graphic design field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (3D skills are a plus)
• Excellent typography, design, and illustration skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret briefs and manage projects effectively
• Experience in packaging and print production
• A reliable and responsible team member who can mentor junior staff
