Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and multifaceted Designer to join our team at Project Healthy Minds, a mental health tech non-profit startup. This Designer will support the Head of Creative and collaborate across all teams to develop impactful collateral. Responsibilities include crafting on-brand designs for diverse touchpoints, ensuring consistency, interpreting creative briefs, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining brand guidelines. This is a remote, freelance position that requires autonomy, attention to detail, and a commitment to making a positive impact in mental health.

Requirements

• Passionate about mental health: Heart-driven and eager to make an impact on people and society.
• Proficient in design tools: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Slides; open to learning new tools.
• Multifaceted: Versatile across a wide range of mediums and channels, with experience in multimedia including animation and illustration.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented: Dedicated to craft, ensuring quality from pixels to production files.
• Inspired and inspiring: Continuously learning and bringing new techniques or resources through research or self-learning.
• Organized and autonomous: Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively with limited oversight.

Additional Information

This role is estimated at 20 hours/week, with an hourly rate of $45 - $70 depending on skillset and level of experience.
