Job Description

Bower Collective is on a mission to eliminate plastic waste and create a more sustainable world. We are a multi-award winning B Corp building Europe’s leading digital first sustainable consumer goods brand through our effective natural home and personal care products in reusable packaging. We are looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing Associate to enhance our work across organic social media, content strategy, and email marketing. This is a 9-month FTC contract for maternity cover. The team is based in Bath, meeting once or twice a week in the office, and working remotely otherwise.

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual who embodies a T-shaped marketer, comfortable with running organic social channels, developing email flow strategies, and commissioning visual content. Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver content and written communications across onsite, blogs, email, organic social, and inbox material.
• Execute the organic social strategy on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on community growth and engagement.
• Support the Brand Marketing Lead with content consistency and on-pack copy.
• Collaborate with the SEO agency to optimize onsite content for conversion.
• Lead the email marketing strategy, collaborating with the marketing team and external partners.
• Assist with other marketing campaigns including Direct Mail and performance marketing.
• Support with video content briefs, shooting, and Instagram editing as needed.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in social media content management and email marketing (ideally using the Klaviyo platform).
• Direct experience in digital marketing for a high-growth D2C business is desirable but not essential.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content across multiple channels.
• Design capabilities using Canva are desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with online editorial management of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Recharge) is desirable but not essential.
• A rounded multidisciplinary skillset with a desire to learn and grow.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and making a positive impact in the world.
