Job Description

Ambient Vibes Music (AVM) is seeking a Freelance Music Marketing Lead to drive marketing and release campaigns for artist projects. This role involves leading digital strategy, influencer partnerships, and paid media campaigns, as well as performance analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with AVM’s creative team and clients to ensure every campaign is executed with excellence and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for artist campaigns (singles, EPs, videos, full rollouts).
  • Manage paid advertising across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Spotify.
  • Lead influencer outreach and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Maintain rollout calendars, timelines, and weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with AVM’s creative team on copywriting, visual assets, and brand voice.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, tools, and music marketing innovations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in music marketing or artist campaign management.
  • Proven success running influencer and paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Organized and effective with tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and creative alignment with artist brand identities.
  • Preferred experience includes familiarity with music marketing tools such as ToneDen, Linkfire, SubmitHub, and Chartmetric as well as working with PR agencies, playlisting teams, or distributors.

Additional Information

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
